Villa Kas has three bedrooms and an ensuite guest room (located front of theswimming pool) accommodates 8 guests. All rooms have views of Mediterranean and Mountains behind the bay. The outdoor pool and garden are the perfect place for the outdoor dining and barbecue.
The Villa is located in the Cukurbag Peninsula Kas. Kas is a lovely touristic town for families and for the guest who enjoy activities like diving (best diving resort in Turkey), mountain biking, sea kayaking, canyoning.

The check out time is 12 noon.
- After check out guests can leave their luggage in the luggage room free of charge and can still use the facilities of the hotel except the rooms and catering.
- If guests would like to use the rooms after check out time, the reception should be informed at least one day before the check out date.
- Late check out requests are subject to availability.
- Late check outs incur an extra charge according to the seasonal late check out tariff rates of the hotel.

If you cancel all or any part of your booking, the following conditions exist:
a. 8 weeks or more prior to departure you forfeit the deposit and the booking fee.
b.5weeks or less prior to departure you forfeit the entire amount paid including the booking fee.
c. Change of date required due to acts of war or aggression is totally up to the owner and is on a space available basis if indeed allowed. Every possible consideration will be given to the request but in no way is it guaranteed. There may indeed be a price increase if a different season or year is selected. All cancellations must be received by us in writing. Travel insurance is considered to be an excellent investment when renting a property in TURKEY as the owners cannot rebook a house as a hotel or a cruise company might. *All payments are non-refundable*.
